- Place the copyright notice, "© Christine Till - CT-Graphics.com", under or by each image.
- Agree that you do not sell, distribute or otherwise profit in any way from your work that uses our images.

| Q: What if I'd like to buy a printed image? |
back to top |
A: Printed Photographs appearing on this web site may be purchased through CT-Graphics.com. We accept fine art Giclee Print orders via mail/fax/email. See for details. |
| Q: Are your Fine Art Giclée prints available for commercial use? |
back to top |
| A: We welcome the purchase of our Fine Art Giclee Prints for display on business premises, including public areas (such as a lobby or visitor's center) and personal offices. However, the purchase of our prints does not grant any rights to copy or resell the work without our expressed written consent. Contact us if you have a special request. |
| Q: I downloaded the wrong image format - now what do I do? |
back to top |
A: Oops. Now you try to convert the image to a format you can use. See for details. |
| Q: I can't find the image I just downloaded from CT-Graphics! Where is it? |
back to top |
| A: At the risk of sounding like your mother... it's where you put it. When you downloaded your item, a "Save As..." dialog box gave you the option of choosing a file location. If you didn't specify a destination, it went into whichever location was opened in the "Save in..." field. If you happen to remember your item's filename, you can locate it with your computer's "Find" utility. And the next time around, I recommend that you either save the item to your desktop (much easier to find that way), or write down the file location before you hit the "Save As" button. |
| Q: I can't open the image I downloaded. |
back to top |
A: Three likely culprits: You opened it incorrectly, it downloaded with the wrong extension, or your application doesn't support its file format.
will help you diagnose and fix the problem. |
| Q: The image I bought looked fine on your site, but now there's something wrong with it. |
back to top |
A: If your image is pixelated, too small, black and white when it should be in color, etc., don't worry. Read to find out what's going on and what to do about it. |
| Q: Do you offer refunds? |
| A: Afraid not. Because these files are digital - and thus conveniently duplicable - I cannot offer refunds after a file has been downloaded. I do want you to be happy with your purchases, and strongly encourage you to make sure that you've selected the correct file format before you buy. |
| Q: I'd like to contact you. How can I get in touch with you? |
back to top |
| A: Just click on Contact Us link on top of every page. |
| Q: Privacy and CT-Graphics |
| A: CT-Graphics is committed to ensure the privacy of the information you provide when visiting this website as outlined in "About this website". The additional Privacy Policy Statement is a more detailed description of what information is collected and requested when you visit ct-graphics.com and under what terms it will be used. |
